Graduada  en 2006 de la carrera en Comunicación, en 2010 cursé el Workshop de Dirección de Arte (Uruguay Campus Film), en 2012 terminé un Postgrado en Dirección de Arte  en el Instituto Universitario “CLAEH” y en 2024 defendi mi título de maestría de la Facultad de Información y Comunicación (Udelar, Uruguay), con la tesis que explora en el diseño y la construcción de los personajes que habitan el Nuevo Cine Uruguayo.

 

Trabajo en el Departamento de Arte desde 2008, en cine, publicidad y televisión. Mis últimos trabajos en cine y tv son: "Traslados", largometraje coproducido por ORCA Films (ARG) y Cimarrón Cine (UY), estrenado en Cannes y Argentina en 2024,  “Diario del último viaje a China”, coproducido por Sinapsis idea (ARG) y Alternativa Cine (UY) e "Impuros: temporada 6" (serie TV- Disney +,  Dirección de arte UY) ambos a estrenarse en 2025. 

 

Además de trabajar para el mercado local y latinoamericano, mi manejo fluido de inglés me abrió las puertas al mercado americano y europeo . Algunas de las marcas mundiales para las que he trabajado: Pepsi, Samsung, PWC, Coca-Cola, Dell, Lindt, Dr. Pepper, NatGeo, Pond´s, Stella Artois, Mc Donalds,  Kleenex, Malibu, en múltiples destinos incluyendo Uruguay, Venezuela y México.

 

Entiendo mi trabajo como la forma de contar historias sin palabras, un vehículo de comunicación entre la imagen cinematográfica y el espectador, líneas, colores, texturas, que se integran a los elementos propios de los personajes, le dan sus rasgos de identidad, aportando a su construcción.

Graduated in 2006 from Social Communications, In 2010 I attended an Art Direction Workshop (Uruguay Campus Film), in 2012 I finished a Postgraduate in Art Direction at the “CLAEH” University Institute, and in 2024 I defended my master´s degree (Faculty of Information and Communication -Udelar, Uruguay) with the thesis that explores the design and characterization of the cinematographic characters that inhabit the New Uruguayan Cinema.

 

I have been working in the Art Department since 2008, in film, advertising and television. My latest works in film and TV are: "Traslados", a  film co-produced by ORCA Films (ARG) and Cimarrón Cine (UY), premiered in Cannes and Argentina in 2024, "Diary of the Last Trip to China", co-produced by Sinapsis idea (ARG) and Alternativa Cine (UY ) and Impuros season 6 (TV series- Disney +,  Art Direction UY) both to be released in 2025. 

 

Besides the experience gained from constantly working within both, the local and global latinamerican market, being fluent in English opened me the doors to the north American and European market. Some of the worldwide brand I have worked for: Pepsi, Samsung, PWC, Coca-Cola, Dell, Lindt, Dr. Pepper, NatGeo, Pond´s, Stella Artois, Mc Donalds, Kleenex, Malibu, in multiple destinations including Uruguay, Venezuela and México.

 

I understand my work as the way of telling stories without words, a vehicle of communication between the cinematographic image and the viewer; lines, colors, textures, integrated into the personal elements of the characters, give it its identity traits, contributing to its construction.
